The Watauga County Republican Party is pleased to present “An Evening with Bernard Goldberg” on Friday, August 13, at the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center. “Bernie” is a best-selling author of books such as “Bias,” and “A Slobbering Love Affair,” both revealing the bias in much of today’s media. He has won Emmys for his work as a reporter for both CBS and HBO. He has become a familiar face to us as an analyst for Fox News and as a weekly guest on “The O’Reilly Factor.” There will be a book signing and silent auction at 5:00 PM (bring your favorite Goldberg book). Seating for dinner will begin at 6:15 PM. The event is $100 per person. Seating is limited, so call 265-2632 ASAP! You will not want to miss this very special event.
